Apache error during upgrade

I checked apache error after upgrade and I noticed that there are meany error messages like this:

I use the latest xampp in Windows 7 as test platform.
Please advise

And without xampp? xampp is external application that can cause problems itself. Apache and mysql-server are very easy to install.
