Any solution to No file uploaded or invalid file type

I’m new to ojs. I found it very interesting. I had successful installation and smooth usage, not until one day I was trying to change a logo and the following message poped up ‘‘No file uploaded or invalid file type’’ Since that day I have been searching for solution to no avail. This is very discouraging. I am using ojs version: 3.1.1.4. Any headway so far?
