Anchor hyperlink on OJS3

Hello i have issue here,
this is first time im use OJS 3

so my problem is, how to put the anchor link into submission page like this.

how can i put the same anchor link at the OJS 3

Hello @wahyu_anggana,

The Submissions page by default cannot be customized in the way you are describing through the OJS 3 user interface, although it may be possible for someone with expertise to edit the page’s template through the backend to include them. Alternatively you can create a custom page using the Custom Pages Plugin and replace any links to the default OJS Submission page to your custom one.
