I have updated OJS from 3.0.2.0 to 3.1.2.1 When I click dashboard as an administrator, I see the “An unexpected error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again” error. I am also not able to see the articles in my queue, unassigned, all active and archives. When I check the errors on ftp, I saw the following lines:

I didn’t get what I did wrong. Besides that, I have problems with non-English characters, apostrophe in titles etc. For instance, see the surname of the author (http://ijopr.com/index.php/ijopr/article/view/113)
