An unexpected error has occurred in OJS

I have this issue on my OJS. When I log in to the dashboard, there is an error pop-up “An unexpected error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again”. I have followed different thread that addressed the same issue, but no solution yet.
I was on this thread An unexpected error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again. and a couple of others.

Here is my log.

I use OJS 3.4.0.5. and running PHP8.2-FPM

Hi @Olawale_Koledafe,

I’m not sure you’re looking at the right log file. Depending on your server configuration, PHP errors might be logged to a different place than e.g. the Apache log file. Double-check if there’s another place that’s getting PHP errors – I suspect you’ll find something there.

Thank you very much for your response, that is actually the right log.

I was able to solve the problem by upgrading the OJS to the latest version. I am running a LAMP stack on Ubuntu. I think the problem started after I upgraded my Ubuntu OS to 24.0. So I upgraded the OJS and the error stopped
