Allowed_host and Dedicated IP address shows 400 bad request

Hello everyone I’m facing problem in my hosting with ojs I ordered for dedicated Ip address in order to transfer the domain to another Url so for 2 days the journal website shows "400 bad request " but when I added the IP to config file in line of Allow_hosts the ip is work but redirect me to Url like "Ip/index.php/journalname " is that normal or will make problem in url transformation ??
