All accounts registered in the system cannot be landed

Sir/Madam,

I am an editor from an academic publisher. We meet a serious problem today. All valid role accounts, cannot be landed, no error message, and therefore we cannot enter into the journal system.

We really don’t know what the problem is. Does it a common issue? We would appreciate it if you can help us to resolve this problem.

Hi @libra_li,

Maybe someone changed the config.inc.php settings, special the encryption type one. Try to use the opposite of what’s there now and try logging again.
