Description of issue or problem I’m having:
while adding author/contributor or when adding/editing users. following error alert popup. “Failed Ajax request or invalid JSON returned.”
Steps I took leading up to the issue:
everything was OK but suddenly it was happend.
What I tried to resolve the issue:
Exec() & gettext functions are enable already/
Application Version - e.g., OJS 3.3.0:8
Additional information, such as screenshots and error log messages if applicable:
No error recorded in php error.php
