After update 2.4.6 PDF Dispalay and language

hi,
i am proceed to upgrade my ojs to 2.4.6 and then PDF doesn’t display for public user and language not show in this page (attached files)

Check User Home → Journal Manager → Languages to ensure that each of the languages you want to present to your users has the right components (UI, Submissions, Forms) selected.

no language is mentioned at this level

Go to User Home → Site Administrator → Languages, and be sure that your desired locales are Installed and Supported on this page. After installing and/or marking locales as supported, return to the Journal Manager Languages to select the components.

i am doing the all thing you say but it is the same problem, language is not present in the combo list

Can you send screenshots of your current Language configuration screens?

Have you tried clearing the caches in User Home → Site Administrator → Administrative Functions?

A blank page generally indicates a PHP error. These are typically captured in the webserver’s error log. It’s possible the failed article display and the missing language selection have a common cause. What message(s) do you find in the error log at the time of the blank page?

Does the file templates/common/minifiedScripts.tpl exist under the OJS root, and is it readable by your web user?

Are there any lines that specify “PHP Fatal error”?

If your copy of templates/common/minifiedScripts.tpl was missing, I’d be concerned that other files might have been missed in the upgrade as well.

What method did you use to upgrade and what version did you upgrade from? Do you maintain any local code changes?

in fact i am upgrading ojs2.3.4 to ojs 2.4.6 and i replace my templates folder with old version template folder thus it is why templates/common/minifiedScripts.tpl was missing!
but after that, i am using ojs 2.4.6 template folder!

There should still be a message in your webserver’s error log indicating the cause of the white screen.

If you have trouble finding the error in the log, you can try to expose this error to the website with the config.inc.php directives “display_errors” and “show_stacktrace” in the debug section.

It is OK for ALL! i am using my ojs 2.4.6 template and i am cleaning model cache and it is ok for pdf and language display!!
