After restore white page

I am backup my site then i restore it. After them i have white page. Please help.

Hi @Aida_Quliyeva,

Which of our applications are you using, and what version? Have you checked the file permissions in your cache directory (and all of its contents and subdirectories)?

there is no applications version is 2.3.6. I am compressed all files and
sql and download. then i delete all files and sql (restart everything).
After i upload all files and sql. But I have white page.

Hello Aida,

if you use a OJS 2.3.6 the best advise is to upgrade your OJS to 2.4.8-1.
