After an article is reviewed, nothing happens!

I’m a novice and know very little about programming. I just set up a journal and submitted a test article. The article was reviewed by myself. All the four steps are done. Now what next?
I don’t see any progress here. Please see the image to see what I mean.
Any help will be appreciated.
Thanks!

Also, here’s the earlier screen.
After review nothing happens

Hi @vasukibelavadi

After review round is complete, submission workflow will follow back to Editor with suggestions and this role will verify if it is necessary adjustements from author OR put in track to layout revision OR reject submission. In any case it is on Editor role hands any decision after reviewing rounds.

Dear Israel,
Thank you so much for the response! As the person in charge of the
journal, I made myself the journal manager, the journal editor and the
Reviewer too in order to test the workflow.
Am I doing something wrong in order to test the next steps?
In other words, should one person be given only one role?
Help will be most appreciated.
Thanks and warm regards

Hi @vasukibelavadi

In a editorial workflow you will have distinct people and roles, to assure a blind review.
In your case I would suggest to create default users to each role:

  • Journal Manager
  • Journal Editor
  • Journal Reviewer

The reason is that if an editor is assigned as a article reviewer it will not access as a editor to that article, you will need a different user. That way I suggest use different users to Editor and Reviewer.
