Steps I took leading up to the issue
For example:

  1. Go to ‘…’
  2. Click on ‘…’
  3. Scroll down to ‘…’
  4. See error

What application are you using?
For example, OJS 3.3.0-4

For blank pages, it is best to check your PHP error log. Can you do that and report back on errors that you see in the log? You may also wish to provide further information to clarify this situation, for example was this happening in relation to an upgrade or new installation, or any other event that may have impacted yoru site?
