Admin not logging after redirection

Hi!

I use OJS 3.3.0.12 for lenguasradicales.cl

The leading editor insisted a lot that I should use lenguasradicales.cl instead of ojs.lenguasradicales.cl.

I accepted, did a redirection, installed the HTTPS certificate, etc.

Now when I want to log as admin into the website, I can’t see the administration panel, and it shows the login again.

I restarted the password and I correctly got the email and all of that.

Any ideas? I checked config.inc.php and the base url is set to lenguasradicales.cl (not ojs.lenguasradicales.cl)

Hi @pachadotdev,

Try to clear the cache & cookies and try to log in again. If it doesn’t help, check through browser dev tools what’s happening with the request. Also, check PHP log for associated errors if any.
