I use ojs 2.4 for our journal. i need to export xml format from the issues with all references for each article . How can i do it? the existence xml format doesnt have references.

The version of OJS that you’re using is no longer maintained or supported by PKP. I recommend that you upgrade to the newest version of OJS. However, other community members may wish to offer assistance.
