Dear community
I am trying to add a new language (Kyrgyz) to my installation.
I have created a new directory ky inside locale directory and copied the files from ru locale (for further translation).
Now I can see Kyrgyz language option in Site Settings
I selected it and proceeded to journal settings, and here came the first problem, for some reason ky locale showed up as Arabic language
However, in the user dashboard it is correct
I could not either make Kyrgyz appear in the UI, forms etc
If the previous versions it was possible to add a new language inside registry/locale.xml, but I do not see locale.xml in OJS 3.4.04 file system
Would appreciate any help to tackle the issue, thank you.
