Activating prepared emails on OJS

Hello,

We would like to make use of the Editor Decision, Revisions Required and the Editor Decision, Revised MS accepted emails and we are having trouble activating the emails and attaching them to appropriate actions. Do you have any instructions that we could follow?

We would like Editor Decision, Revised MS Accepted to work when the editor chooses to accest after a revised MS has been resubmitted for review.

Hi @antoniapop,

Generally these templates are invoked after an editor has recorded a decision, when contacting the author to inform them about it. First record the decision, then use the email icon to email the author. The appropriate template should be used.
