Accept Review after due date

Hi all!

I have some problems with reviews. I observed reviewer can accept revision even due date has overcomed. Is there any way to disable acceptations to make review after due date?

Hi @smtp,

I see what you mean. But, do you mean that the revision is accepted or that the reviewer agrees to do the reviewer? It is the case that reviewers can still accept the reviews after the date, if that’s what your question is. But, so far as I can tell, there is no option to prevent this.

I mean I don’t want reviewer can accept the review neither complete evaluation after due date.

Hi @smtp,

I checked with our developers on this and there is no block that can be put into place to disallow the review (as many reviewers are often late with their reviewers). The Editor can, however, cancel the review at their discretion.
