Hi there! My publisher recently updated the OJS of our journal (from 2.0 to 3.0), and I’m updating the pdf of some articles by ‘versioning’ these, but everytime I try to upload the new pdf an error occurs and I’m lost (the publishers webmaster is even more lost than me). Is there a good tutorial about that, its errors and how to solve it?

What exact version of OJS are you using (e.g. 3.2.1)? And what error are you seeing - perhaps you could provide a screenshot? Or, even better, if you are able to provide any output of your PHP error log that might point to the error, that would be helpful.
