Describe the issue or problem

I am looking for an accessibility solution for my OJS. I contacted a company that has the solution I need and they asked me technical questions that I am not sure OJS supports. Please help me with the answers:

  1. Does it support JavaScript?
  2. Does it support WebGL?
  3. Does it support Semantic HTML?

What application are you using?

OJS 3.2.1.4, but I plan to upgrade.
