Hi @IJBSRR_Journal,

I’ll need a bit more detail…

  • Is this the Keyword Cloud plugin, or another plugin?
  • How did you install it – via the Plugin Gallery, or by uploading a .tar.gz package directly, or another method?
  • When you say the journal “can’t display”, do you mean that the plugin isn’t showing? Or that the whole page or website is not working?
  • Does anything relevant show up in your PHP error logs?
