Hi @IJBSRR_Journal,

OJS 3.3.0-14 is quite old and probably no longer safe to use. It’s possible that this issue has already been fixed in a newer release. I’d recommend upgrading to the latest 3.3.0-x build, then checking to see if the issue still occurs.
