A few problems of OJS 3.1 about submission notification

Hi.
I am using OJS 3.1 and I have encountered many problems during testing the submission system.

  1. when an author submits a paper, it is stuck in step 4. no email notification received in either the primary email or author’s email.

  2. For the submission notification, the function
    “Send a copy to the primary contact, identified in the Journal Settings.”
    and also
    “Send a copy to this email address”
    did not work.

  3. is OJS 3.1 able to add a “suggest reviewers” function during author submission procedure?
