403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied!

I am trying to submit a manuscript but at 3rd step the page will display

403 Forbidden Access to this resource on the server is denied.

How i can get rid of this problem. Please advise as necessary

Unable to find the answer or solution. The issue is same please advise me as necessary.

The cause of this is outside of OJS; you’ll need to work with your hosting provider to resolve it.
