3.5 LTS designation

Sorry, I do not know where the proper subforum for this question. I have two questions about the upcoming LTS designation, I hope someone will be able to answer:

Will LTS be put on 3.5.0.4 or will it be included in a new version of the software (3.5.0.5?)? It’s probably a silly question.

Second question, is there now a specific or approximated target date for the LTS designation? We are working on an upgrade for our multi-journal install and it would be really helpful for our planning.

I think it’s more likely that 3.5.0-5 will be designated as LTS.
