[3.1.1-4] Cannot stop loading when uploading copyediting file

Hi,
One of our editors has encountered a problem during copyediting. When they try to upload a copyedited file, it cannot finish uploading. It keeps loading:

In fact, the same happens if they choose some of the other links for example the link ‘Editorial History’ or the ‘Upload/Select Files’ under Draft Files.

How do we solve that problem?

Hi @nef,

Is there anything relevant in the PHP error log? What version of OJS are you using?

Hi all, I think I have found a bug (OJS 3_1_1_2 not tested on other versions)…. When you add a message in a query with a file, an EventLog is recorded. But when you delete the message, corresponding EventLog is not deleted and when you want to see editorial history, which it seems to be the list of EventLog for a submission, you have an error 500. I think that record an EventLog when a file is upload in a query is not necessary ? Best regards,

If, in a submission, a file is attached to a discussion then in Copyediting it i…s not possible to use “Upload/Select Files” from Copyediting stage.
