Hmmm… Strange that your code lines seem not to be the same as here: ojs/Upgrade.inc.php at ojs-3_1_1-2 · pkp/ojs · GitHub.
Could you tell me what is your line 2447 in this file?
Also could you post how your DB table genres look like?
