I have recently started working on OJS 3. I have to upload documents such as a Letter of Undertaking for my authors under the Authors’ Guidelines.
Can you please guide me step by step regarding this process?

Hi @Farah_Khalid,
Many journals do this through uploading a document to the publisher’s library and linking to it in the Author’s guidelines. You can get a sense of how to do this here: https://docs.pkp.sfu.ca/learning-ojs/3.3/en/settings-workflow#publisher-library (this is for OJS 3.3 - if you’re not using OJS 3.3, there are options for other versions [on the top right])
