Upgrade to OJS 3.0 from 2.4.8.0 - Error while converting supplementary files

Thanks @bozana, I will try before delete these records.

When trying to update my Ojs from version 2.4.2.3 to Ojs 3.x then this log appears a blank screen with no functionality. Does anyone know why this?
