Where Can I Get A Theme That Would Look Like This: journalonweb.com and Also I dont Understand How To Add New Tabs on OJS 3 It Was Way Easier on 2

Currently there are not many themes listed there, but check the plugin gallery inside OJS. We’ll be adding more.

Regarding tabs, what are you trying to do with them?
