[SOLVED] The review record mapping problem

Dear OJS team,

Review record data is not mapping properly, and showing message (The review process has not yet been initiated.) even records exists in older version (ojs-2.4.6).

I am attaching screenshot of this issue.

Please help.

One more thing when I was upgrading application, I was facing bellow error

So in that time I was truncate review_rounds table then continue the up-gradation, so after that up-gradation was done successfully. If issue is this, then how can I resolve this problem?
