Tengo problemas al actualizar metadatos dentro del ojs

estoy actualizando metadatos dentro del OJS y me sale el siguiente error:
Notice : Deprecated call without request object. in C:\inetpub\wwwroot\editorial\lib\pkp\classes\template\PKPTemplateManager.inc.php on line 971

Hi @Andres_Suarez,

This message is cosmetic, but it’ll cause problems if it’s sent to the browser rather than the log. I’d recommend configuring your PHP to direct errors/warnings to the log.

pero cuando le doy actualizar alguna información me aparece el siguiente error.

no he podido solucionar el error, ni tampoco he podido encontrar el registro de Logs para ver el problema detallado…

de antemano agradezco su colaboración.
