Task load error

good afternoon, I have problems since the tasks do not load and show me that I have four, then I do not know how to solve this problem, if someone could help me I would greatly appreciate it, the data of my eyes are:
Linux OS Platform
PHP version 5.6.32-1 ~ dotdeb + zts + 7.1
Apache version Apache / 2.2.22 (Debian)
Driver of the mysql database
Database server version 5.5.58-0 + deb7u1
Current version: 3.1.0.0 (November 29, 2017 - 02:19)

However I do not know why I get version 3.1 and update to version 3.2. but the main problem is that of tasks.

Hi @geek,

I’m not sure what you mean about version 3.1 vs version 3.2, but for the tasks issue, check your PHP error log for details.
