I’m Interested in translating OJS to the Urdu language, however, after registering on weblate portal I couldn’t find it in the list provided there:

See this thread on how to add a new language to the translation list! Essentially you can do it yourself, but you’ll need to sign the Contributor License Agreement for the components you’ll want to work on.
