We have OJS3.3. We want to put a document as a “Supplementary Material” type. The problem is that when we view the article page and change the language of the page, the translated literal of “Supplementary Material” does not appear even though it is reported in all the languages of the interface. Is there a solution?

We have three interface languages and it only gives me the suffix of the original language, but the genre text doesn’t change and always comes out the same. And the texts are translated in the genre settings. Do you know what can happen?
@rcgillis
In fact, it happens with any genre, it doesn’t translate the genre and when you change the interface language it just adds the suffix of the original language. The literal of the genre always comes out the same. Do you know what it could be?
Hi @xtorrents,
Thanks for clarifiying, further. I’m not entirely sure what is causing this. When you say “genre” - do you mean component (how it appears in the English translation?)

When I talk about genres I talk about components.
This component is defined with the three interface languages:
And it always comes out in the main language of the journal (Catalan) and never the translations.
It happens with all the components, it never takes the translations entered and always comes out literally in the main language of the journal…
