Hi, if a reviewer does not submit a review by the deadline, a single reminder is sent out automatically. However, that does not always lead to submission of the review. It would be great if reviewers could be reminded automatically at subsequent timepoints that their review is still outstanding. At the moment this requires manual sending of further reminders. Or am I missing something? Thanks.
