OJS 3.2.1.1 Slim error message on Dashboard submission page

Hi, We just installed OJS 3.2.1.1 When in the dashboard and clicking on the submissions menu the below Slim error occurs. I believe the error has something to do with the Archives tab as that just keeps spinning. The generic “An unexpected error has occurred. Please reload the page and try again.” message does pop up.
