Lets wait for the dev @asmecher to response… all i understand is the error come from the plug in file validator. Do you use the plug in? If you disable the plugin, does your system work?

Hi @hassanwaheed , It looks like your host has disabled the escapeshellarg PHP function, probably using the disable_functions PHP setting . You’ll need to enable this function for OJS to function properly. Regards, Alec Smecher Public Knowledge Project Team
