I am using 2.4.8.2 version and running more than one journal of same website just creating the journal.
In first journal, editor was able to assigned a reviewer and email was sent to the reviewer. after login reviewer was able to see the file in the review section.
Everything is working fine and reviewer can see the file in reviewer section after login.
I have created the second journal and all the features of both journals (in step 2.Policies ) are same. Editor will able to assigned the reviewer and reviewer also gets the email but after login to the website, reviewer see 0 Active in the reviewer section.
Please help

From my understanding it could be that the reviewer has two different accounts - one per each journal.
Is that the case?

The reviewer has a single account with journal 2.
