It would be nice if we could replace the files in the “Publisher Library” without changing the URLs of the files.
When we want to change a file, we need to add it again. So a new URL is created. Then we also need to update all URLs used on the site.

OJS 3.3.0.11 version seems to have the feature to make file changes.
