How can I add recaptcha V3 in ojs 3.3.0.8, The recaptcha v2 function well but the requeriment is to implemente the version

Presently, there are no plans yet to move to recaptcha V3. Doing so, would like take some considerable revisions to the core code. It may be looked at in the future, though.
