Question about OMP navigation menu

I work with OJS 3.2 and OMP 3.1.1. I have a problem with OMP because I can´t find the option to modificate, delete, add options in the navigation menu (when you click “About”). I make two captures, one of the OJS 3.2 withe option “Navigation menu” (Menu de navegación) and the other of the OMP 3.1.1 where I can´t see the same option…
What can I do?

You can manage the navigation menu in: Settings - Website - Setup - Navigation

But I haven´t the menu Settings - Website - Setup - Navigation… If you see the second image, you can see the problem… I haven´t the Menu Navigation…
