Problems with Custom Report in OMP

Hi
When I try to generate a custom report it keeps on loading and loading withour finishing. How can I fix that?

Can you check your PHP error log to see if it’s got more information? What version of OMP are you running?

Current version: 1.1.1.0

Hi @nef,

This is a know bug for OMP 1.1.0. Please, apply this patch https://github.com/pkp/omp/commit/8b31665b33242cae1819d20a455725d1fd4e2ebf.diff and see if it works.

I’m with the same issue here, but I’m using version 3.1.0.0

[Wed Oct 04 09:55:15.333587 2017] [:error] [pid 10343] [client [IP]] omp: Invalid metric type., referer: omp/mypress/management/tools/reportGenerator

Any ideas?

Hi,

Usage Statistics plugin was disabled and I enable it again.
Working fine now.
