Problemas con actualización OJS 3.1.2.4

He tratado de actualizar la versión de OJS 3.1.2.4 con el siguiente error, por favor su ayuda.

1º error Message:

ERROR: Upgrade failed: DB: SQLSTATE[23000]: Integrity constraint violation: 1062 Duplicate entry '2-ar_IQ-subject' for key 'email_settings_pkey' (SQL:

SELECT email_id, locale, subject, 'subject'
FROM email_templates_data
)

Solution:
TRUNCATE TABLE email_templates_settings;

Because during the update it tries to insert the same 46 records of the templates in the email

But, then I get another error:
