Problem with Azerbaijan and Turkish language

Hello. I have installed OJS version 3.0.2. When i try to change language to the Turkish or Azerbaijan (I started own translation) I saw white page. I activated debuging with “ini_set(‘display_errors’, E_ALL);” and got this error “Fatal error: Call to undefined method Journal::getId() in /var/www/ejcs/data/www/ejcs.org/lib/pkp/classes/plugins/LazyLoadPlugin.inc.php on line 95”. Can somebody help me. I am new with ojs.
