Problem submiting article as author in OJS 3.1.0-1

I have a problem almost like that. I use OJS 3.2.0.3.

A papper appears ok, but when I click in “View Submission”…

Appears a blank page like this:

I did something wrong or that is a OJS version problem, or something like that?
