Problem displaying HTML chapters in OMP

Dear all,
I use OMP 3.3.0-10, with the HTML Monograph File plugin to display chapters in HTML. Mainly it works but sometimes I have the following problem with the display of the HTML : overlapping columns and missing dependent images :

the problem can occur on all browsers, however 90% of the time it disappears when I launch a new private window (Firefox).

for each chapter I load a HTML file, and images and css as dependent files of the HTML.

does anyone have a clue ?

the problem was caused by empty fields, due to language parameter in the dashboard. When uploading HTML files and dependencies (.css and .png), all fields must be filled in.
