Piwik plugin not installed

IN one installation it freeze when I click on Install plugin. There was no Piwik plugin installed at all.

I’ve done it already, but I will repeat the process right now. … yep, still no joy! Hmmmmmm… The problem is that if I cannot see it, I cannot uninstall it and try to reinstall. This pluging in limbo somewhere. How to address this?
