Describe the problem you would like to solve
Starting with OJS 3.4, the payment plugin can be enabled to request different payment types. The editors can request the payment from authors once the article has been accepted. When accepting the article, Editors are offered the option whether the authors are waived from payment or required to pay. However, whatever the Editor chooses, a payment request email is non-selectively sent to all authors, regardless of the Editor’s selection.
