Yes, I saw the this issue and this one too.
I have OJS and the QuickSubmit module fully updated. However, I checked my files and they are patched.
But now I can confirm that It is not only a problem with QuickSubmit module. We experienced the same problem in an issue completely submitted in the normal way.
