When turned on, the ORCID plugin generates an uneditable static page that is linked in outbound emails to authors. This page includes at least one deadlink to an orcid.org page and an ORCID icon with an broken image link.

It would be great if this page could be edited within the ORCID plugin settings.

Thanks very much for pointing this out. I wanted to let you know that we’re looking into getting this page updated and / or linking the email templates directly to a page on the ORCID website instead.
In the meantime, it is possible to update the contents of this page using the Custom Locale Plugin, in plugins/generic/orcidProfile/locale/en_US/locale.po.
